It concerns me that jobs are being advertised as "pending AFC" especially when there are obvious difficulties when Med Eng National Profiles. South Devon appear to be at Band 5 and everybody else are still holding breaths.
Jobs going to advert at my Trust are being Desktop Matched to a Band and advertised as such, with a proper review after six months - This is almost as bad, what if the review down-bands the job?
I'm waiting to see the first Band 6 Med Eng advert......
