With regard to R&R payments, they are two types, short term and long term. I believe that if you are receiving the long term R&R payment then it is increased along with any pay awards and counts towards your pensionable salary.
Medical electronics is one group that will receive the long term R&R. I hope I am correct in what I am saying but it is what I have read in the DOH document.
