Sorry chaps, but your wrong. I know of situations over the last few years where staff have had a hell of a lot of time and money spent on them for training. They have then left either the NHS or moved onto another hospital purely due to the lack of improvement on the salary scale made available to them. This has then lead to the origional position rising again where after getting someone to fill the post they have had to be trained again. Apart from anything else this is a downright waste of public money in my opinion.
