What if there is more than one department in a trust? I.E several trusts probably have an overall manager , while the day to day manegerial issues of each individual dept may be managed by an MTO4 for example. Does the MTO4 then fit into this catagory? I would say Yes when their Job description reflects that they
perform many of the requirements for a band 7.
