Oh dear two replies, two different answers!

Basically I am currently an MTO5 and looking at this profile but...maybe if my MTO4s can fit this band 7 profile then maybe I am looking at band 8.

The problem is that we are a small unit (me, 5 and 2 trainees ) and so any "sections" under me must perforce be even smaller.

I really need to know what happened in the EI sites.
