Under Agenda for Change there are 'National profiles' for Medical Engineering, Medical Physics & Healthcare Science.
On 23rd November 2005 an 'explanatory note' was published (page 1 of 18 "National Profiles for Healthcare Science"), that suggests 'Medical Physics & Engineering' (amongst others) should/could be matched against the Healthcare Scientist profiles - so if you've been matched against the original engineering or physics profiles - surely a review is in order?
