To be honest, in my own "career" I don't recall ever coming across falsification of maintenance documents in biomed ... but we did have a few cases at ******* involving (shall we say) "other trades".

Here's another Golden Rule for you (Eddie). The one to do with Policies and Procedures:-

"Say what you do, and do what you say"!
