We just have to make sure that we have a good business model - clearly written Service Level Agreements(SLA's)which are accurately priced and dedicated technician(s) for the 'private jobs'. If, we choose to compete in this market.
Mind you, the competition may be healthy for us. We are a highly trained work force. We lack business acumen - up to now, we haven't needed any.
We need to be able to adapt to the new 'market place'.
