I mention 'Faith' as I was wondering if Roman had contacted the Red Crecent Society as they give lots of equipment away, but this is where change needs to happen, once they give the equipment away they should be made aware that it needs installation, training and maintenance. Not just arrive with a truck and say "this is yours, good luck". Do any of these "Charities" have engineers/technicians on-board or are they relying on local labour to run and maintain the equipment?
