Mate, the local labour
are the technicians! That's what we want. That's what we're trying to foster!
Some of us (at least) are not really
into the "feel good factor", but remain interested primarily in helping techs to help themselves. That is, to make a real and lasting difference.
As I keep saying:-
Lead, follow ... or get out of the way!
