Corruption is everywhere. But some government ministers have the audacity to lecture to other governments about corruption, human rights, justice and all the rest even though their own fat snouts are stuck in the trough.
The best that honest folk can do is to assume the worst of the so-called leaders (and just get on with life as best they can), that way there's less chance of being disappointed.
Meanwhile, what's the situation regarding visas to get into and roam around Uganda, I wonder. Are they easy to obtain, or is it yet another song and dance?
