All our equipment is purchased through tender, therefore I am writing specs to receive quotations to match the specs, not RFQ's or PPQ's as you think. Full specifications to obtain the correct equipment for the end-user. A RFQ would take me less than 10 minutes to prepare. Tender specifications take a lot longer, I have prepared tender specs for a PET Scanner, '16 pages' would you call that a RFQ or PPQ ????
