we got some of these syramed syrange pumps. the main problem with them is three 1. the gear wheels often breaks and there is no service support in india. 2. the glass latch for opening gets breaken - it is brittle glass piece. 3. door latch gets break for which we have to change the entire door. but apart from the above, we find the pump to be friendly and simple. we love the diginfusa and volumed infusion pump from this company but badly ignore the syringe pump.
