Ouch!!
The annoying thing is that these kind of parts shouldn't need replacing, they're not consumable parts like bellows, gearbox's or cells, they should last forever (or as good as)!
It's purely down to not been looked after by the user/staff...how can that be stopped?? Short of a few sarcastic comments I don't think it can.
