Don't you think that the lack of comments from outside the stoical band of "usual suspects" could be an indication that most folk who get on here are simply not
interested in the issue (whatever it may be), Sean?
If the "problem" here is the management of the VRCT, then ... who really cares? (not me, for sure)
But if the
real issue is "lack of representation", then I would say ... why worry? Be happy!

To end on a positive note:- I would much rather place the emphasis on a proper training structure (remember when Eastwood Park was run by the NHS?) and mentoring younger techs. That, and getting folk to believe in the concept of properly conducted preventive maintenance (to an extent that they actually
do it)! To my mind, everything else is just the "same old, same old". Or
BS, if you prefer.
