A New (Bad) Deal for Agency Techs? - it
looks like the Powers That Be may have shot themselves in the foot (yet) again.
Two comments come to mind:-
1) You can't beat the system (the taxman will get you eventually)
2) The UK Government (and especially the NHS) is not very good at IT projects!

really good news for the NHS? What about all those overnight updates standing by to screw things up?
