Umish, Hoping to hear from Nick Brown soon, I have been communicating with Dr. Andijani, and he will inform Nick as to why people are trying to contact him, if not through this forum then maybe to Huw's email. We live in hope!

Nick has become suborn in his old age, he worries too much about the exchange rate and monitors it like a 24 hour data logger !!!
Tell Andy to summon him immediately otherwise he will be centre attraction on Friday afternoon on Chop -Chop square in bhata for a flogging..... simple solution what do you think Mr Hannis?

A little harsh, perhaps. A simple fine would probably suffice in this case.  But (as I have mentioned before) my own take on all this is that something more, shall we say, sinister is going on. After all, Nick is not the only Saudi-based correspondent that we no longer hear from, is he?  Meanwhile, I am reminded of Wolfgang (yet another of my old mates), who used to clip the exchange rate list from the Arab News every day. He had a collection stretching back many years, and interesting "reading" it was too!

Is it a regional or local problem that they are facing, if the hospitals block the site you can always log on from home.

There is no internet inside the Varian linear accelerator, this where Nick sleeps, he is a 24 hour onsite/inside engineer.
