Greetings,....I have a Seca CT6i that is printing with a definite faintness at the bottom of the page. When we got it we found that the staff had knocked the print head off of it's shelf with the paper tray. We have relocated the print head but the print quality is uneven. Have tried cleaning it but no different. Is the print head likely to have failed or can it be adjusted on it's springs somehow to allow it to print evenly?

Thanks in advance
