recently we have been under alot of pressure from the quality control department to make a written preventive maintenance program. as per my understanding its a procedure something like a P&P to describe the process. incase anyone is familiar with it please update me since its a requirement for our accreditation.
Why not ask the Quality Control Department exactly what it is they are looking for? That way you might end up saving yourself a load of wasted effort. In other words; by getting it right first time.
"The amount of work done is detailed in the manufacturers service manuals. The frequency of the work is also detailed there. Do you want to read the manuals for yourself? Or shall I stop doing any work and copy out all the relevant sections?" That should keep them quiet. Robert
My spelling is not bad. I am typing this on a Medigenic keyboard and I blame that for all my typos.
