You can try to read the firmware or EEPROM file, the password may be in it and needs to be analyzed

Hello everyone, has anyone been fortunate enough to obtain a contact or find a way to obtain the passwords?
I would appreciate any assistance, as we have a large number of devices that simply need to be calibrated.

Tried....Customer service wasn't very helpful(re Avea support/ passwords).

As the password needs to be generated by Viasys (now Zoll in Europe) using the following information:

1. The facility Name.
2. The S/N of the Unit and UIM.
3. The current Configuration of the unit (HELIOX, COMPRESSOR.

I dont see how this can be accessed.

Maybe someone with a password and the above information can reverse engineer the PW but its a long shot I think.

Here in Italy you have to open a job ticket and even then they will not supply the PW.

I provide service password support for Viasys AVEA ventilators.

The required access key for Calibration, MFG (Manufacturing), or Configuration menus can be provided based on the device serial number and the specific menu required. For certain menus, the device operating hours may also be required to generate the appropriate key.
