What is a staff carpark?????
We are not allowed to have cars except for exceptional circumstances ie. disability, nor at my last place, both in London.
It is public transport or nothing. It may be more readily available in the capital but it is not cheap.
They do have special schemes to loan you money to buy a bike...and ride in London traffic? Casualties would be full of NHS staff
