I'm surprised you resurrected this post Geoff, looking back it turned out it was a case of sour grapes over a couple of individuals who tried to by pass their boss and pinch his contract
Well the last thing I heard on this was that the local Kazakhstan work force had been trained up to do the job themselves. As for my absence on the forum, I think you'll find the answer in the last thread.
