MTO2 now? ONC req. for post stated as essential on your job spec. Limited freedom to act,'cos you are supervised,(how ever little)forget the other factors,they mean small points,all equals band 4.
MTO3 now? Well to obtain band 5 you req. an HND.
in electronics and near total freedom to act.
If any one out there has overcome these obstacles
please,please let me know how, because I am staring band4 in the face and a pay cut.
p.s. I put these facts to an Amicus full time officer a while back,his answer was engineering has had it good for the last ten years,now it is someone elses turn.In other words there is only so
much money in the NHS pot,now it will be shared different than before.
