I am also a trained job matcher.
Ask your manager ,if they were to advertise your post today,what qualifications would be required.
Forget the fact you may have an H.N.C. or H.N.D.
or even a degree, if it is not required for your
position then it does not score any points.
O.N.C. = band four,H.N.D. = band five,please try and prove me wrong, for my pensions sake I would love you to.
