Going back to Tony original point,

How do leap to the next band:

MTO-2 will go to band 4 with an ONC
MTO-3 will go to band 5 with an HNC
MTO-4 will go to band 6 with an HND/BEng

Is there any way to do night school, or is it do more training short at Falfield or Capital Group.

I am lucky enough to be already on MTO-3 with an ONC, and is desbratly hope I will not be knock down a grade. I would like to know how to leap up a grade to band 6.
