We have a fleet of these pumps which we service and calibrate via the provided partner software. Most of the calibrations and verifications can be completed but the 'Occlusion Level Check' and 'Linearity Check' do not run. For the 'Occlusion Level Check' it comes up with 'Bad Command' when the test is activated. I've tried reloading the software and using different computers. It has been suggested that it is an IT issue but so far IT haven't found any problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
