we have over 400 Fresenius pumps in our hospital no problem with soft ware is this happing with all the pumps or just some if it is just some then a cure is to perform the calibrations through the service mode in the pump itself do not use the control software ( info in manual ) then you will find software will work .If you say you have a number of these pumps it is well worth doing the service course in France the cost of that course should have being worked out when tendering for the pumps .There is a Fresenius Agent in the UK he should have the answers ???? I will look into problem further
