In your earlier reply, at 1) it sounds like the communication protocols are OK. Although I'm now wondering if the failed tests call for signals from the pump(s), whilst the others just send commands to the pump(s). In that case, maybe it is the protocol settings that need to be adjusted.

Another thought:- what OS does your computer run? Is it compatible with the Partner software (it doesn't run on DOS, I suppose)? smile

Yeah, the message "Bad Command" is very helpful, is it not? Are you sure that's all it says (no error log file, or anything half useful like that)? smile

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
