the partner control software we use is 6.0.1.13 and it needs version 2.4 software for the injectomate. We use BD plastic syringe and you must pull the plunger fully back (60cc ) mark .Also we find the control software works best from port 1 RS 323 conection do not use a USB TO RS 232 .One thing I find it strange that the UK agent for Fresenius has not got involved either on this forum or come to your hospital to help you set up your tests .I find I get great help from Fresenius technical service in France and also our local agent and if we have a hard problem the 3 of use have a conference call to solve the problem
