Just checked with one of my work mates who works on the Agila range I mainly work on the MVP /DPS range he said he had that fault and the latest soft ware cured it I cannot see how it is a IT problem as the software runs from the PC C drive and dose not connect to any network just make sure you have the right level of Admin rights to install software fully on your PC .I do not print the reports but send them to PDF creator and then save them I also do this with the flow and Occl reports from the IDA 4 very handy for checking on pumps history
