The Veinsight VS500 uses near infrared light to display a map of the patients’ veins on the surface of the skin in real time, aiding healthcare professionals to verify vein patency. This enables healthcare professionals to identify difficult to see veins, without multiple attempts with a needle.

The Veinsight VS500 provides a 5-hour run time, allows for 5 colour display options in-built depth mode and comes in a robust protective carry case to keep it safe.

The benefits, of this technology are significant and in the most simplistic sense it shortens the time taken to identify the vein and cannulate patient.
