I have the full admin rights necessary for installing software. Fresenius sent me through the latest partner software with the 4.1c upgrade patch. Is it possible to let me know the communication port configuration your mate is using and, maybe, the partner access code. Mine is 0000partner43156. I'm wondering if maybe this isn't activating some of the permissions.
